![]() ![]() IT Services also maintains an “open” WIFI network for guests (“WLU-Guest”). The Highlands Center employs the same wireless configuration for classrooms and administrative offices. It can only be accessed by authorized University users and is named “WLU-WiFi”. Costs for broken or damaged computers are a student responsibility.Ī secure wireless network is also available for students, staff and faculty in academic and administrative buildings and outdoor areas of the main campus. The Help Desk is also available to assist with student owned computers at no charge for diagnostics and remediation. Sakai Help can be accessed on the same page via the “SAKAI Online Learning” link. Help Desk requests can be submitted through a ticket system that can be accessed at on the “IT HELPDESK” link. Students are provided an email address and, upon request of ITS, licensing for the Microsoft Office products. The Help Desk is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4 PM. Offices for Network Administration, ITS Help Desk are housed here. Information Technology Services (ITS) facilities are located in the basement of the East Wing Main Hall.
